We pride ourselves in offering a truly personal service throughout the year, ensuring your  plants arrive in good condition on the date agreed with you. 

We value each order, whether you are ordering from us for the first time or are one of many repeat customers.

As soon as your order is placed, you will receive an email from us confirming and thanking you for your custom, Jenny and her team will now be managing your order.

This is how we process your order:-

1) Your plants are gathered from our Nursery, the team selecting the best plants avaliable.

2) We then ring you to arrange a mutually convenient delivery day, using our proven  courier service. Each consignment sent will carry its own tracking code so we can track each order.

3) All plants are sent out in their pots (not plugs or bare root), they will be pruned if required to enable secure packaging. Your plants are prepared carefully before being packed into robust boxes, cushioned with Eco Flo packaging.

4) Our aim is always to despatch your order as soon as possible. Any changes in plant and pot size availiability and quality will be advised at the time of contacting you.We are all gardeners, and we would not send anything that we wouldn't buy ourselves. Pot grown plants can be planted all year round, so long as good planting practice is followed.
