Delivery of Orders:

Unfortunately, we can only accept online orders for mainland UK and IOW delivery. We regret that we are unable to deliver to any address outside of the UK.

We allow up to 28 days from receipt of your order for despatch; although  we will endeavour to deliver your order to you as soon as possible. Please bear in mind at peak times of the year we will have to adhear to the 28 day rule.

We will contact you to let you know the delivery date.

Post and packing charges for mainland UK and IOW as below:

All orders up to £60                 -   add £9.00

All orders £61.00-£135.00        -   add £16.50

All orders £135.01-£220.00      -   add £25.00

All orders £220.01-£350.00      -   add £32.00

Orders over £350                 -   add £45.00

Pricing & Availability
Goods advertised on this site are subject to change in price without notice, however in the interests of good customer service, such changes are unlikely.
Plant availability is subject to change due to crop growing conditions which are out of our control. We will endeavour to either offer substitutes or contact you when the plants are back in stock.

Returns
If you consider our goods and services to be defective or sub-standard, please contact Hardy's on 01256 896533. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Your personal information will not be disclosed to third parties and will only be used by Hardy's Cottage Garden Plants for the purposes of processing your order.
'Cookies' are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of your shopping basket and its contents.

Your order is not accepted until you have received a confirmation email from Hardy's Cottage Garden Plants.
We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be decided by the courts of England and Wales.
