Elecampane or Fleabane produces yellow daisy flowers with narrow petals. Some species are very tall and architectural. The common name Fleabane is also used to refer to plants in the genus Erigeron.

There are over 100 species found in a wide range of habitats, in Europe, Africa and Asia.

They are best grown in a fertile, moisture-retentive soil in sun or part-shade.
