LUZULA
LUZULA
JUNCACEAE
Woodrush is grown predominately for its attractive foliage, which consists of tufts of evergreen, grass-like leaves, edged with white hairs.
Some 80 species grow in many areas of the world but are mainly found across Europe and Asia, in a range of habitats including mountain grassland, woodland and riversides.
They prefer part or full shade, with fertile, moisture-retentive soil.
