DISPOROPSIS
ASPARAGACEAE
This is an evergreen woodland plant, which has pretty white or greenish bell-shaped flowers, followed by dark purple berries and is ideal for ground cover.
There are about five species, found in tropical and sub-tropical woodlands from the Philippines to southeastern China, but only one species is common in cultivation.
This plant is easy to grow in humus-rich soil in part or full shade. Once established, dry conditions are tolerated.
